Is there anything more fun than a baby trying cake for the very first time?!

This cutie pie was so entertaining during her first birthday cake smash; she was having such fun playing that she had to be persuaded to actually taste the delicious cake. Once she finally gave it a try, she would take a few nibbles and then excitedly shake her messy, sticky fingers in the air, shooting purple icing in all directions!

Ellie’s cake smash session was so fun and beautiful; it took place in her very own bedroom, in front of a gorgeous backdrop that her talented mama made herself. She was radiating happiness the entire time we were together and loved being in front of the camera.

Happy first birthday, sweet Ellie! It was definitely one to remember.
